These Terms describe paid features for “Zivo Draw”
(“the App”). If these Terms conflict with the Terms of Service or
Privacy Policy, this document prevails.

* Local taxes and exchange rates are determined by Apple App Store /
Google Play. The amount shown at checkout prevails.
2. Activation & Scope
- Premium entitlements take effect immediately after successful
payment by Apple / Google.
- Benefits apply to all devices signed in with the same store account.
Family Sharing / Play Family Library is not supported.
- Subscriptions remove in-app advertising placements, but diagnostic
calls to ad SDKs may remain for attribution and compliance.
3. Auto-Renew Rules
- Purchases are charged to your Apple / Google account upon
confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least
24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation path: Device Settings › Apple ID / Google
Account › Subscriptions ➝ Zivo Draw ➝ Cancel.
- After cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end
of the paid period; fees already charged are non-refundable.
- If payment fails, Premium access will be downgraded to the free tier
immediately.
- Each Apple ID / Google Play account can redeem the Starter Trial
once. Switching devices does not grant a second trial.
- If you upgrade to Premium before the trial ends, the remaining trial
days are forfeited.
- Promo codes issued by Zivo or the platforms are subject to their
specific validity periods and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Refunds
- Refunds must be submitted through Apple or Google’s official
process. We cannot approve or reject refunds on your behalf.
- Once a refund is granted, the corresponding subscription becomes
invalid immediately and Premium benefits stop.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights (e.g., EU 14-day
cooling-off period for digital services).
6. Price Adjustments
- We may adjust prices due to exchange rates, tax changes, or new
content costs. Price changes always apply to the next billing
cycle.
- Apple / Google may notify you of the new price; if you do not agree,
cancel auto-renew before the change takes effect.
- Continuing the subscription after a price change constitutes
acceptance of the new price.
7. Fair Use & Restrictions
- Premium benefits are for personal creative use only. Automated API
calls, resale of brushes, or renting devices with pre-installed Premium
access is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions that are
abused, shared with large numbers of devices, or used for unlawful
purposes.
- If the App is permanently discontinued before your paid term ends,
we will provide proportional refunds or equivalent compensation.
