Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

These Terms describe paid features for “Zivo Draw” (“the App”). If these Terms conflict with the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, this document prevails.


1. Products & Benefits

* Local taxes and exchange rates are determined by Apple App Store / Google Play. The amount shown at checkout prevails.


2. Activation & Scope

  1. Premium entitlements take effect immediately after successful payment by Apple / Google.
  2. Benefits apply to all devices signed in with the same store account. Family Sharing / Play Family Library is not supported.
  3. Subscriptions remove in-app advertising placements, but diagnostic calls to ad SDKs may remain for attribution and compliance.

3. Auto-Renew Rules

  1. Purchases are charged to your Apple / Google account upon confirmation.
  2. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  3. Cancellation path: Device Settings › Apple ID / Google Account › Subscriptions ➝ Zivo Draw ➝ Cancel.
  4. After cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the paid period; fees already charged are non-refundable.
  5. If payment fails, Premium access will be downgraded to the free tier immediately.

4. Trials & Promotions

  1. Each Apple ID / Google Play account can redeem the Starter Trial once. Switching devices does not grant a second trial.
  2. If you upgrade to Premium before the trial ends, the remaining trial days are forfeited.
  3. Promo codes issued by Zivo or the platforms are subject to their specific validity periods and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Refunds

  1. Refunds must be submitted through Apple or Google’s official process. We cannot approve or reject refunds on your behalf.
  2. Once a refund is granted, the corresponding subscription becomes invalid immediately and Premium benefits stop.
  3. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period for digital services).

6. Price Adjustments

  1. We may adjust prices due to exchange rates, tax changes, or new content costs. Price changes always apply to the next billing cycle.
  2. Apple / Google may notify you of the new price; if you do not agree, cancel auto-renew before the change takes effect.
  3. Continuing the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Fair Use & Restrictions

  1. Premium benefits are for personal creative use only. Automated API calls, resale of brushes, or renting devices with pre-installed Premium access is prohibited.
  2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions that are abused, shared with large numbers of devices, or used for unlawful purposes.
  3. If the App is permanently discontinued before your paid term ends, we will provide proportional refunds or equivalent compensation.
